Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the delicate nature of our products, especially sarees, we have established the following refund and exchange policy:

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is in perfect condition, unworn, and without any damage or stains.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached.

• If the saree has been fully opened/unfolded, we will not accept any return or exchange, even if it hasn’t been worn.

• Returns due to a simple change of mind are not accepted, in order to preserve the integrity of our products.

  
  

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the case and offer a suitable solution.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at vanavil.gagnyy@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
