General Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations between the customer and Vanavil Textile, a company under the legal form of SARL, owned by Rominius Donald, registered under SIRET number 837 940 626 00018 and based in Gagny, France.

By placing an order on www.vanaviltextile.com, the customer fully agrees to these terms.

2. Products

The products available for sale are those listed on www.vanaviltextile.com, subject to stock availability.

We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur (color, texture, size, etc.).

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping fees.

Vanavil Textile reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

The ordering process includes product selection, entering personal and delivery information, accepting the terms, and making payment.

A confirmation email will be sent once the order is validated. Vanavil Textile reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a prior dispute.

5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. Accepted methods include credit card, PayPal, or any other secure method provided by Shopify.

All payments are secured via SSL encryption.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicated on the product pages.

Vanavil Textile is not responsible for delivery delays due to carrier issues or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Shipping costs are displayed before confirming the order.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with French consumer law (Articles L.221-18 and following), the customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return without having to provide a reason.

The customer must contact us at vanavil.gagnyy@gmail.com with their order number and return request. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

⚠️ Special note for sarees: For hygiene and manufacturing reasons, sarees must not be fully unfolded. They are factory-folded using machines, and once completely opened, they cannot be properly refolded or resold. Sarees that are returned fully unfolded will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was a shipping error. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after inspection of the returned item(s).

8. Liability

Vanavil Textile is not liable for indirect damages resulting from misuse of products or issues related to the use of the website (such as internet interruptions or viruses).

9. Personal Data

Customer data is used solely for order management and communication. In accordance with the French Data Protection Law (Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978) and GDPR, customers may access, modify, or delete their data by writing to vanavil.gagnyy@gmail.com.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.vanaviltextile.com (texts, images, logos, graphics, etc.) is the exclusive property of Vanavil Textile. Any reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Gagny, France.
